Promote a safe workplace and support the Health & Safety Program.

Develop and implement market sales plans to recruit and onboard new customers, maximizing contribution margins of paperboard product sales.

Identify market opportunities to optimize profitability and monitor quality, distribution, and service-related issues impacting assigned accounts.

Manage accounts to ensure timely receipt of monthly orders that meet forecasted volumes.

Collect information on regional competition and trends to inform the Paperboard team's short and long-term positioning.

Support the development of quarterly forecasts and annual Marketing and Sales budgets.

Identify customer needs and translate them into value-added propositions to increase sales.

Advise on changes or opportunities that contribute to optimizing the short and long-term growth of RYAM's objectives.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Business

Minimum of 10 years in paper sales, paperboard an asset

Excellent customer-centric, organizational, and communications skills

Knowledge of Salesforce, Office 365 suite an asset

English, French an asset
