Position Summary
Oversee all facets of designated residential services, including facility management, financial documentation, interdisciplinary treatment teams, and program re-certification. Responsible for recruitment and direct oversight of management personnel, as well as payroll, procurement, and billing processes, while preparing and tracking fiscal records. Supervise managers to ensure that all clinical components of the program are executed efficiently, including timely updates and revisions of Residential Habilitation Plans. Facilitate necessary meetings such as Planning, Shift, Annual, and Semi-Annual, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded and maintained. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and SCO Policy and Procedures by supervising record-keeping in residential homes, guaranteeing timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards. Conduct in-service training for Pre-Services and Annual Trainings, ensuring all programmatic documentation (Consumer, Financial, MAR, Medical Books, etc.) is organized and current. Maintain high operational standards across residences, including monitoring for proper maintenance (e.g., boiler inspections, landscaping) and overall facility quality. Oversee Medicaid billing processes, ensuring that services rendered are documented in compliance with Medicaid and Waiver regulations. Engage with state agencies and various service providers in multiple forums; foster relationships with families and stakeholders; provide supportive supervision and mentorship to team members. Ideal candidates will exhibit the following qualities: Collaborative team players. Strong awareness of cultural diversity among staff and clients. Firm belief in the potential for growth and change in individuals; ability to build respectful partnerships with clients and their families. Capability to establish boundaries while maintaining a supportive practitioner role and intervening appropriately. At least two years of supervisory experience. A minimum of one year of experience managing an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Familiarity with ICF regulations.Salary Range: $66,000 - $70,000 based on experience
