Job Summary

Sco Family of Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our residential programs in Queens and Bronx. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our programs, including the physical plant, financial records, and interdisciplinary treatment teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the residential programs, including the hiring and direct supervision of management staff.
  • Oversee payroll, purchasing, and billing procedures, as well as the preparation and monitoring of fiscal ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and SCO policy and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program quality and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with state agencies and other providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to staff in a positive and supportive manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of one year experience in managing an ICF.
  • Working knowledge of ICF regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is determined based on experience, with a range of $66,000 to $70,000. Sco Family of Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel, with approximately 25% of the time spent on the road.
