Job Summary

QSAC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Coordinator to join our team. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Residential Program, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, and providing support to our staff.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall compliance with all Residential programs
  • Supervise staff, including Residence Managers and Shift Supervisors
  • Manage Petty Cash and individual's personal banking accounts
  • Oversee Nurse and Medical Coordinator in administration of medical appointments
  • Maintain staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Communicate concerns to client's families and ensure their involvement in the care plan
  • Ensure medical books are up-to-date and accurately maintained
  • Coordinate recreation and activities for our clients
  • Ensure clients receive nutritional meals and maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Report maintenance issues to the Director of Administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and substantial related experience required
  • 1-2 years' experience supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities required
  • 1 year of OPWDD experience highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory work experience required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required for site visits
  • Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights and 20 lb items
  • Ability to run, if needed
