We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Support Analyst to enhance our operations. This role involves providing essential support for both hardware and software, ensuring our team can operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and configuration of PC and MAC hardware.
- Installation of desktop applications and ongoing user support.
- Expertise in WiFi and Hotspot configurations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business technical support.
- Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite.
- An Associate's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $30 per hour, with opportunities for increases after 90 days.
- Complimentary meals and refreshments.
