About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Task Management: Manage small owner consultants and prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines, maintaining knowledge of tasks, sequences, milestones, and critical path events.
  • Forecasting: Forecast delays in timing, materials, or resources, ensuring proactive measures are taken to mitigate risks.
  • Financial Management: Review invoices, pay applications, and change orders to ensure accurate, fair, and comprehensive pricing.
  • Site Management: Coordinate all site photography and as-built record keeping, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in the construction industry, including internship experience, with a focus on design/build or related fields.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
