Essential Responsibilities:

Laundry Service Associates are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. They are the face of our establishment and are expected to perform the following key functions:

  • Assist customers with laundry card usage, machine selection, and retail purchases, including wash and fold services.
  • Accurately operate the cash register or point of sale system.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of products offered and promote additional sales.
  • Ensure retail items are well-stocked and communicate with management regarding inventory needs.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and uniform standards.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Understand emergency procedures for situations such as fires and severe weather.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment inside and outside the facility.
  • Regularly patrol the premises to pick up litter, empty trash bins, check restrooms, and perform other cleaning tasks as necessary.
