Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Analyst to join our team in Chicago, IL. As an Administrative Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to our business services team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assisting with project management by tracking progress, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Providing general support to the business services team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
