Role Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent who possesses a true passion for the hospitality sector and an innovative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome every guest warmly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork with colleagues across various departments.
  • Manage all guest interactions with the utmost professionalism, addressing special requests and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Facilitate guest check-ins, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing.
  • Coordinate luggage delivery to guest rooms as necessary.
  • Issue keys and manage guest check-outs, confirming satisfaction and processing payments.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and handle transactions with precision.
  • Reconcile all financial activities at the end of each shift.
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment that exemplifies superior hospitality standards.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the absence of the Reservations Department.
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Understand and utilize the hotel's Property Management System effectively.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and operating hours.
  • Be familiar with fire and safety protocols, providing assistance during emergencies.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to discussions as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience of three (3) years in hospitality or service-oriented roles.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
  • Positive demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
