Job Title: Senior Events Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Events Sales Director to join our team at Jos Andrs Group. As a Senior Events Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving event and group dining sales for our restaurants.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description:

  • Manage sales cycle for on-premises large groups and events from 8 to 150 guests.
  • Create proposals and contracts for groups and events bookings.
  • Develop a detailed database of key sales and events targets, tracking touchpoints and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of private dining or catering sales, event coordination, business development or retail experience.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, and interest in learning about cultural traditions.
  • Exhibits strong telephone, email, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills.
