Role Overview

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and complies with state and federal regulations. You will lead and mentor staff, guiding a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that brings warmth and comfort to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the facility operates efficiently, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled and long-term care settings.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and compassion.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to boost resident satisfaction and quality of care, promoting a welcoming environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation, ensuring the facility's efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications:
  • Active LNHA License: Must be in good standing in the state of Ohio.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in skilled and long-term care settings.
