About the RoleThis position requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can maintain a fast-paced office environment while providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient intake, and processing payments.
- Use practice management software to update patient records, schedule appointments, and send reminders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders to promote a positive image of the practice.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including paperwork, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of medical office experience desired.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software.
