The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our Development team as a Development Manager, Walk MS.

This role is an ambassador for the National MS Society, responsible for engaging participants and volunteers with the mission.

The Manager will implement the local operational plan and manage an event portfolio of participants and teams for Walk MS in the Southern California market to achieve fundraising goals and ensure a positive event experience.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships, executing operational plans, and collaborating with the Development team to accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts or Science in non-profit management, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, and/or Business, or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and competency to work with multiple data systems and tools are required.

This position requires the ability to drive/travel on Society business and offers a competitive benefits package, including paid holidays, 401k Retirement Savings Plan, and Comprehensive Health & Welfare benefits.
