The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Mobility presents an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring a positive interaction for all customers. The representative will streamline the rental process by verifying and documenting essential driver information, facilitating a smooth and timely rental and return experience.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position includes a competitive base with bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:
We are actively seeking candidates for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and available services.
  • Utilizing approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and propose optional protection products, upgrades, and additional equipment.
  • Providing additional assistance by offering directions, local area insights, and relevant service information.
  • Handling incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and customer support, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Making outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks.
  • Assisting in evaluating the condition of rentals upon return.
  • Alerting management to any customer or vehicle-related issues.
  • Continuously enhancing knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored development opportunities.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales within retail, guest services, or administrative support is essential.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship is necessary.
  • Availability to work the specified schedules is required.
