Insurance Customer Service Representative

Salary: $20.15 per hour/$40,602.25 per year
At GEICO, we're looking for Customer Service Professionals who can provide our policyholders with excellent customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first contact for our customers, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and have the opportunity to grow your career with us.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
- An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
- Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
- Open to feedback to support your performance and development
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
