Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at EmblemHealth. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our call center, coaching and counseling our customer service team, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff production and performance to meet corporate performance goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor and review attendance of staff to ensure proper levels of coverage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of relevant professional work experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in operations or in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and other software applications
