Job Overview

At Johnson City Acura/Mazda, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Professional to join our team. As an Internet Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through proactive business development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Utilize dealer-provided business development sources to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, resulting in increased sales volume and revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively present and deliver vehicles to customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets, attend product and sales training courses, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
