Regional Sales and Leasing Expert

As a Regional Sales and Leasing Expert, you will play a vital role in driving sales and leasing success for our manufactured home communities. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from marketing available homes to managing closings and cultivating positive relationships with residents.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Leasing (40% of time)
    • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, showcasing homes that align with their needs and preferences.
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure the community consistently meets conversion metrics.
    • Present Havenpark Communities in a professional and positive light throughout all sales and leasing interactions.
    • Coordinate closings, including the completion and submission of all necessary documentation.
    • Ensure adherence to Havenpark policies, state regulations, and Fair Housing Standards in all sales and leasing practices.
    • Manage inventory and oversee all sales and leasing processes for assigned communities.
  • Marketing (40% of time)
    • Plan and execute marketing events to attract potential residents.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to optimize occupancy rates.
    • Conduct regular market surveys to research competitor pricing and incentives.
    • Organize and implement community events designed to promote occupancy and foster resident engagement.
  • Resident Relations (20% of time)
    • Cultivate a positive and supportive environment for residents within your assigned communities.
    • Conduct follow-up interactions with new residents to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Other Essential Functions
  • Provide support to sales and leasing agents within a region, assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Travel regularly to assigned communities within your region. Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and residents. (Approximately 75% travel time).
  • Communicate sales pipelines, challenges, and progress updates to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to spend extended periods sitting while using office equipment, such as computers. This role also requires walking within communities and occasional lifting of materials and supplies.
  • Skills: Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver.
  • Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a criminal background check.
