Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Fixed Income Sales & Trading team at StoneX Group. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial markets, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and trading of fixed income products, including US treasuries, agencies, corporate bonds, municipal bonds, and securitized non-agency products
  • Shadow senior revenue-producing institutional salespeople and traders to gain insight into the sales and trading process
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, such as collecting trade volume data, conducting dealer inventory analysis, and prospect research for new institutional clients
  • Receive training on the Bloomberg Terminal and visit the Bloomberg Headquarters to learn about terminal capabilities
  • Conduct product analysis within fixed income products and present trade ideas to the trading desk
  • Participate in company-wide network events, such as lunch and learns, to connect with global leaders
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)
  • Available for a June 2025 start date for an 8-10 week program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
Working Environment

5 days in-office

Hiring Hourly Rate Range $24 - $40 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data)
