Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, and process payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food and drink products to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including the dining room, restrooms, and exterior, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Unload and stock inventory items as needed to ensure that our restaurant is fully stocked and ready to serve.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve our goals and objectives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow Burger King's uniform and grooming standards, as well as our policies and procedures, to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
