NCH is a locally governed, independent non-profit healthcare organization situated in Southwest Florida, comprising two hospitals and a network of over 700 physicians along with numerous medical facilities. NCH is dedicated to delivering exceptional comprehensive healthcare and is evolving into an Advanced Community Healthcare System(TM).
POSITION OVERVIEW
The RN Case Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and leadership of the RN Inpatient and Emergency Department Case Management Team across all NCH locations. This role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, and provides guidance and support to RN case managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSN is required; MSN is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospital Case Management.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
