Key Responsibilities
  • Separate and stack packed boxes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Setup and prepare pallets to stack packed boxes on, ensuring proper loading and securing of products.
  • Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using pallet jack, to meet production demands.
  • Monitor equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify supervisors or operators of any issues or safety concerns.
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards and notify supervisors of any deviations from specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, free of hazards and contaminants.
  • Picking up raw materials and finished products from the floor and dumping raw materials as needed.
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Perform repetitive functions with attention to detail and ability to work in a wet/damp environment.
  • Ability to work with and around water for extended periods and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform all assigned duties in a proper and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Cooperate with supervisors and managers to ensure compliance with all Company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Ability to follow and obey management instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Active Listening - Give full attention to what others are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and do not interrupt at inappropriate times.

Work Environment
  • Perform General Physical Activities - Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time.
  • Work in a fast-paced setting with constant noise, well-lit, and well-ventilated warehouse environment.
  • Exposure to cold temperatures (below 32 degrees) and potential hazards such as lifting packed boxes, roller belt (chain), and forklift traffic.
  • Smoke-free work environment.
Physical Demands
  • Job requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions.
  • Willing and able to work long hours and be available nights and/or weekends as required by the business needs.
  • Working exposed to contaminants (such as pollutants, gases, dust or odors).
  • This job requires working in constant cold temperature (below 32 degrees).
  • Standing/walking, crouching, stooping, twisting, balancing, leg/foot use, reaching, overhead extension, handling, pushing/pulling.
Tools and Equipment Required
