Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Systems Specialist to join our team at TRAX International. As an Electronics Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting senior technicians with the operations and maintenance of various electronic systems, including the Oehler Acoustic System, Field Equivalent Bar Targets, and Video Based Scoring System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior technicians with the operations and maintenance of electronic systems
  • Conduct all operations in accordance with manufacturer's manual and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Receive training in operations and maintenance under the guidance of a senior technician
  • Perform other duties as required to complete the assigned mission

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates of Applied Science degree in Electronics or equivalent training acquired through military or a recognized trade school
  • 4 years of experience in a related technical field or 2 years of cross-utilization in the Threat Systems Section with no disciplinary actions
  • Ability to acquire a class B or higher CDL in six months and maintain for the duration of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an electronic technician
  • Experience with bucket truck operations
  • Class A CDL

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned
  • Must be capable of frequent bending, squatting, crouching, kneeling, standing, climbing, and stooping, sometimes for long periods

Security Clearance:

Must be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
