About the Role

Mills Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees to enhance the sales process
  • Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades
  • Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control and strong computer skills
  • Professional and strong work ethic
