Job Title: Plumbing Sales Manager

Established Plumbing Company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for team building and management, estimating and selling plumbing projects and/or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships with personnel and customers to increase sales and optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team building and management
  • Estimating and selling plumbing projects and/or services
  • Building relationships with personnel and customers
  • Increasing sales and optimizing efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in residential management roles
  • Ability to read plans and specs
  • Ability to estimate plumbing projects with limited training
  • Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
  • Ability to work with multiple projects
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test
  • High school diploma or higher
