Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Residential Remodeling Project Manager to join our team at Innovative Home Renovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of high-end residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
    • Work closely with project managers, interior designers, and structural engineers to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
  • Site Supervision
    • Oversee all onsite work, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications, and maintaining quality control throughout the build stage.
    • Inspect and maintain onsite quality control, overseeing the completion of subcontractor checklists as the project progresses.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Facilitate communication between subcontractors, project managers, and clients, ensuring open and professional communication.
    • Coordinate material deliveries, handling, storage, and placement, and schedule inspections as necessary.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership
    • Proactively identify and resolve potential schedule and design conflicts, finding solutions that meet project requirements.
    • Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and field staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential remodeling, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.
  • Experience working through design details and constructability challenges directly with designers to achieve design intent.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage logistics, planning, and scheduling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, G-Suite, project management software, and scheduling software.
