Job Title: Account Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Specialist to join our team at NERUS Strategies. This is a full-time position that offers a base salary of $64,000 per year, with the potential for commission-based earnings and performance-based incentives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales or advertising sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will also be self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Identifying and researching potential advertisers within designated territories associated with "Best of" contests.
  • Conducting outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to initiate conversations with prospective clients.
  • Utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand advertisers' needs and present tailored advertising solutions.


Additionally, the successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with advertisers, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns and meet client expectations.
