Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a comprehensive analyst, overseeing and comprehending acquisition and distribution dynamics to optimize revenue and profit margins.
- Achieve self-sufficiency in utilizing internal tools to access and manipulate essential data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new partners onto the platforms.
- Track operational performance and create dashboards and alerts to swiftly identify and investigate performance deviations.
- Independently advance projects, ensuring that deliverables are met through proactive engagement.
- Establish relationships with relevant teams (Business Development, Analytics, Engineering) to support the successful completion of cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead and participate in discussions with external partners.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in a data-driven analytical role.
- Proven ability to utilize data analysis for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Git, Tableau) and experience in designing dashboards for reporting and analysis.
- Solid understanding of fundamental statistical concepts and experience in designing and executing A/B tests.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated creativity, competitiveness, and a strong desire to outperform competitors.
- Ability to maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to intricate details.
