Territory Sales Manager

**Job Summary**
Brock11 is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to support the roofing and waterproofing brand in the WA, AK, Northern Idaho, and Montana regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with contractors and distributors, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pull-through sales with contractors and commercial sales teams at distributors.
- Conduct routine distribution visits to review product sales, inventory, and merchandising promotions.
- Collaborate with outside sales reps to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Facilitate training programs with contractors and distribution partners to ensure product knowledge and training.
- Conduct in-person product knowledge classes and develop relationships with distribution sales teams.
- Attend and develop distribution contractor events to promote products and services.
- Follow up on special order quotes and purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Partner with company-owned brands and sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
**Requirements**
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience as an accounts manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Proven ability to learn and articulate product features and services.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to be in the field 4 out of 5 days per week.
