Position Overview
As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that surpass guest expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving financial objectives while embodying our company’s vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the execution of culinary menus in alignment with brand standards.
* Maintain and update recipes to ensure compliance with core culinary standards.
* Guarantee that team members consistently provide outstanding hospitality to every guest.
* Equip team members with the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively.
* Uphold show quality standards in all culinary presentations.
* Gather and utilize feedback from clients and guests to enhance service delivery.

* Address and resolve any guest service issues within the department.
* Ensure team accountability in delivering exceptional service.
* Implement preventive maintenance schedules as directed by management.
* Conduct daily inspections of culinary areas for events.
* Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge.
* Practice effective inventory control and equipment management.
* Meet daily sales targets and manage assigned cost goals.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
* Forecast staffing needs and schedule team members accordingly.
* Plan operational requirements to ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available.
* Ensure adherence to company guidelines as outlined in training materials.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.
* Conduct interviews, training, and development of team members.
* Facilitate regular meetings to maintain open communication with the team.
* Utilize performance management tools to guide and support team members.
* Mentor junior chefs to enhance their culinary and leadership skills.
* Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
* Culinary degree preferred.
* Proficient in evaluating food and beverage quality.
* Strong communication skills with management, guests, and team members.
* Proven ability to build and lead a successful team.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
