Regional Plumbing Manager

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Plumbing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service network, you will be responsible for developing and managing our field service network throughout the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain a network of authorized service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide technical training and support to sales representatives, customers, installers, and authorized service agents.
- Resolve escalated product issues and provide support on major commercial product install projects.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to identify and address performance or quality issues.
- Interface with local code officials to address and work through identified code issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as electrical, electronics, plumbing systems, hydronics, or boiler systems.
- Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical or Gas License required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in troubleshooting residential and commercial gas water heaters and boiler systems.
- Previous experience in training/teaching required.
