Staff Development Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at Regency Care of Arlington. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for scheduling, staffing, and coordinating the daily operations of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage nursing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Process requests for shift changes and maintain accurate attendance and tardy records.
- Review and correct time sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain current nursing roster, certification, and licenses for nursing staff.
- Coordinate in-service education programs and maintain in-service logs.
- Ensure confidentiality of resident and facility records, and protect residents from neglect, mistreatment, and abuse.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid license in this state.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Compliance with Residents' Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
