At VHC Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Educator/Staff Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and counseling staff to promote best practices and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Leads and coaches staff to achieve professional goals and promote best practices.
- Provides guidance and support to staff to achieve professional growth and development.
- Collaborates with leadership to address and achieve organizational goals.
- Acts as a consultant and liaison in area of specialization throughout the organization.
- Develops and implements clinical education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Accredited Program in Radiology Technology required.
- Five years of experience in Healthcare/Patient Care in relevant discipline preferred.
- Certification in area of specialty, when eligible to be obtained within 12 months.
- BLS Certification required.
- Membership in one professional organization preferred.
