Development Coordinator

PathForward is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our fundraising efforts and helping us achieve our mission to transform lives by delivering housing solutions and pathways to stability for people experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our DonorPerfect database to ensure accurate and thoughtful analysis of donor records and intel.
  • Oversee and manage the grants and contracts calendar and research new funding opportunities.
  • Support grant writing, including narratives, compilations, submissions, and reporting.
  • Prepare daily and monthly donation reports for the Development team.
  • Oversee and manage the donor acknowledgement process through the creation of timely acknowledgement for financial and in-kind donations, as well as the creation of year-end tax letters.
  • Manage donor inquiries and refer donors to appropriate staff members when needed.
  • Collaborate with finance and development to ensure pledges are met, funds are received, and reconciled.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for events, including pulling registration reports, creating registration lists, and generating nametags.
