Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold confidentiality and respect privacy while assisting customers with their VISA applications.
  • Efficiently process completed applications and assist customers with inquiries related to the SCHEELS VISA.
  • Facilitate training for new VISA specialists and sales associates, as well as conduct annual compliance assessments.
  • Maintain daily logs, monitor monthly objectives, and ensure adherence to regulations set by financial institutions.
  • Manage inventory of VISA materials and ensure adequate supplies are available in-store.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions for card members, adhering to corporate standards.
  • Keep your workspace organized and professional.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in demeanor, contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications and adapt to new software tools.
  • Perform calculations related to discounts, percentages, and other financial metrics.
  • Deliver informative presentations and respond effectively to feedback from various stakeholders.
  • Meet deadlines established by corporate partners.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Customer Engagement:
  • Warmly greet customers upon entering and exiting the store.
  • Accurately balance cash registers at the end of each shift.
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Conclude each transaction with a sincere thank you.
  • Exercise discretion and professionalism in all interactions.
