Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management:
  • Receive, assess, and organize incoming paint and supplies.
  • Prepare shipments, ensuring precision and promptness.

Paint Preparation:
  • Combine paint according to specified formulas and customer needs.
  • Keep the mixing area clean and orderly.
  • Adhere to all safety measures while handling materials.

Client Interaction:
  • Guide customers in product selection, offering knowledgeable and friendly assistance.
  • Address customer questions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain precise records.

General Responsibilities:
  • Adapt to various tasks as required.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all activities.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to promote smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the automotive paint sector is highly advantageous.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer service abilities with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Capacity to follow detailed instructions and established processes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as necessary.
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
