Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Silver Falls Dermatology. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, greet patients, and handle phone calls and correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule appointments, manage patient schedules, and ensure timely and efficient appointment management.
  • Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance, manage billing and collections, and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Patient Communication: Communicate with patients, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience or training preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
