At First Financial Bancorp, we prioritize integrity and relevance in our services. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Consumer Banker III, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
The Consumer Banker III will engage with current clients and seek new opportunities to strengthen client connections. Your role will involve:

  • Executing account openings and maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Managing a Teller drawer as required by management.
  • Fostering client engagement through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Participating in daily activities that reflect the First Financial Bank Experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide clients with expert service and solutions.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up calls to clients.
  • Adhering to operational and risk management standards.
  • Performing additional duties to facilitate client transactions via various channels.
  • Exemplifying First Financial's Mission and Values in all interactions.
  • Complying with all regulatory and compliance procedures.
  • Tracking and reporting business outcomes to management.
  • Working alongside District Specialists to implement retail strategies aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing the First Client Conversation Model.
  • Engaging in site center meetings to support sales and service initiatives.
  • Meeting or exceeding established sales, service, and referral targets through teamwork.
  • Providing digital support to clients in navigating online banking services.
  • Staying informed about all bank products and services, particularly complex offerings.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail banking environment, focusing on coaching and mentoring.
  • Proven success in sales and service roles, achieving performance goals.
  • High school diploma or GED required; 4-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to address diverse client needs in accordance with bank policies.
  • Capability to lead teams and external sales initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and drive.

Compliance Commitment
All associates are responsible for adhering to compliance requirements set forth by federal and state regulations, as well as First Financial Bank policies. This includes compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and other related requirements.
