Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant Partner to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and advice to our clients, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Sr. Financial Consultants and their practice clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deepen new and existing client relationships through developed expertise and business development opportunities
  • Support the growth and management of an affluent wealth management practice
  • Provide exceptional service, advice, and relationship management to clients
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sr. Financial Consultants to deliver financial plans and meet client needs

Requirements:

  • Valid and active Series 7 license (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program)
  • Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment)
  • 3+ years of Financial Services Industry Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize
  • Ability to identify new relationship development opportunities
  • Openness to build, refresh, and deliver financial plans for practice clients in partnership with Sr. Financial Consultants
  • Ability to uncover and meet client needs and effectively manage client expectations
  • Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
  • Capability to become a Notary
