Job Summary:

The Service Analyst will be responsible for transacting routine non-financial activities on client accounts with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Make informed decisions based on comprehensive case analysis

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to multitask
