Job Overview

This position is dedicated to linking clients with a wide array of financial solutions that the bank provides to assist in achieving their monetary objectives. The primary duties involve balancing service inquiries with sales prospects, offering expert knowledge on financial products, engaging clients with insightful questions to comprehend their life and financial aspirations, and aligning new offerings and services to satisfy client requirements.

Compensation: $25 - $26.00 per hour

Work Environment: This role is based in Phoenix, Arizona and requires candidates to reside within a reasonable commuting distance. The position is onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with clients to cultivate and enhance relationships by identifying financial needs and suggesting the most suitable products, services, and solutions.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and issues, crafting tailored solutions.
  • Markets and delivers banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
  • Recognizes client requirements for licensed sales functions, referring them to appropriate Line of Business partners.
  • Provides quotes on rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
  • Manages risk in all business, product, and service transactions utilizing available resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, dedication, and determination to enhance clients' financial experiences.
  • Exhibits a commitment to teamwork and the adaptability to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Possesses the ability to engage with clients, understanding their needs while clearly communicating options, building rapport, and addressing objections.
  • Welcomes ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
  • Adapts comfortably to continuous change and learning new technologies/processes.
  • Holds at least an intermediate proficiency level with computer systems.
  • Is self-driven with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Exhibits excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • Background in a call center environment.
  • Experience in telephonic sales.
