About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Specialist to join our Active Trader team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our Branch Network, you will play a critical role in delivering an unparalleled client experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with Financial Consultants and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Operational Support: Assist the Branch Manager and sales staff in meeting client needs, ensuring seamless execution of transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Licenses: Valid and active Series 7 and 63/66 licenses (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • Experience: 1+ years of client/customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
