About the Role

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Southeast Asia and Oceania. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our pump brands in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts to achieve regional objectives for products and services.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and quotas for the region.
  • Financial metrics: Develop and manage metrics for revenue and gross margin objectives for TFT Pump products, including preparing sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales/forecast, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other regional sales managers to maximize sales.
  • Direct channel sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Provide training and performance evaluations to develop and manage sales plans.
  • Review and analyze channel sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible gross margin.
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, customers, EPCs, End Users, and key strategic partners.
  • Through an effective Customer Relationship Management plan, meet with key clients, assisting the sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating/closing deals.
  • Provide market intelligence for product research and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in regional industrial sales with demonstrated records of achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated background in vertical turbine and centrifugal pump sales is required.
