About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at myHR Partner. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue through the sale of our HR services to small and mid-sized businesses, non-profits, and private foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their HR needs and provide solutions through our HR services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other means.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Department to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with our HR Client Services team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of high-quality HR services.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience with at least 3+ years in B2B sales within a services industry selling to directors and the C-suite.
  • Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, staffing, or related services is a plus.
  • A verifiable history of success in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
