Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely processing of orders and confirming realistic delivery dates. This role develops long-term relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of related customer service, sales, or account management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with CRM, ERP, and business applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
