The role of a Room Care Specialist goes beyond merely ensuring that guests have a tidy room and a well-made bed. Our aim is to create a memorable and distinctive experience for every visitor.
As a Guest Environment Coordinator, you will be proficient in various housekeeping tasks, responsible for upholding the aesthetic and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
You will have the autonomy to navigate your area and take initiative in fulfilling your duties.Whether it involves responding to guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and communal areas, or similar tasks, the Guest Environment Coordinator ensures that the hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.
Regardless of your position, certain elements are essential for success - maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself in a professional manner.
Guest Environment Coordinators will be active throughout their shifts (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will engage in hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance).
Performing these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable tasks as assigned) is vital for Guest Environment Coordinators to ensure excellence for our guests and our organization consistently.
