Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Frontline Cashier. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, cash registers, and surrounding areas.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
