The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Section 8 and Section 42 compliance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to professional development. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for independent work while contributing to a collaborative team of creative individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting thorough reviews of all certifications
- Preparing comprehensive reports for funding sources and monitoring agencies
- Supporting site personnel in compliance-related preparations
- Delivering training sessions for staff
- At least 3 years of experience in Section 8 and Section 42 compliance
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Collaborative team player attitude
- Successful completion of a background check
