Compliance Manager Role

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee all facets of funding compliance for our initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Section 8 and Section 42 compliance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to professional development. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for independent work while contributing to a collaborative team of creative individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough reviews of all certifications
  • Preparing comprehensive reports for funding sources and monitoring agencies
  • Supporting site personnel in compliance-related preparations
  • Delivering training sessions for staff
Candidate Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Section 8 and Section 42 compliance
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Collaborative team player attitude
  • Successful completion of a background check
