About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team at Sail. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational management of our affordable housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of assigned properties, ensuring high-quality resident living and achieving business goals.
  • Oversee staff and vendors, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Assist with the application and rental process, ensuring compliance with dwelling lease agreements and managing rental programs.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of building and ground maintenance, as well as security of the property.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field, preferably in business or property management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong financial aptitude and analytical skills, with knowledge of government housing subsidy programs.
