Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lifecycle of HVAC sales projects, from bidding to execution.
- Conduct in-home evaluations of HVAC systems, taking into account various factors.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to design projects and identify the best options.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
- Assist clients in exploring financing options for HVAC projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, change orders, and project documentation.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in residential HVAC sales is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in in-home sales.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to assess customer needs accurately.
- Preferred experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or ServiceTitan.
- Strong local reputation and familiarity with the service areas is a plus.
